About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead and shape the social media presence of both VerdanTech and our clients. As a vital part of our integrated team, you’ll craft engaging, innovative, and purpose-driven content that resonates with diverse audiences, drives growth, and inspires engagement. You’ll be a champion for our clients’ brands, helping them stand out in a crowded digital landscape while staying true to our values of clear communication, integrity, and trust.

What You’ll Do

• Create Compelling Content: Develop, design, and publish engaging posts that capture each client’s brand personality, resonate with target audiences, and drive results. From captivating visuals to authentic storytelling, you’ll own the content calendar and ensure every post aligns with brand goals.
• Engage Communities: Actively monitor, respond to, and foster engagement across social platforms, turning followers into loyal brand advocates and building strong online communities for our clients.
• Analyze and Optimize: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to continuously improve and tailor strategies. You’ll focus on KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rate, and lead generation, helping clients achieve measurable impact.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Bring a keen eye for trends, tools, and innovations in social media, ensuring VerdanTech and our clients stay relevant and ahead of the curve in a fast-evolving landscape.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to align social media goals with overall business objectives, offering strategic guidance, performance updates, and actionable insights.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in social media management, with a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity, strategic thinking, and proficiency in content creation.
• Creativity and Vision: You’re not just posting content; you’re telling stories, building brands, and making connections. Your visual and copywriting skills are on point, and you’re passionate about creating content that’s as beautiful as it is engaging.
• Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and a results-driven approach are key. You’re comfortable using data to drive decisions and tailor strategies for maximum impact.
• Community Building Skills: You understand the value of relationships, both with clients and online communities. You’re professional, empathetic, and skilled in handling interactions with authenticity and respect.
• Adaptability: Social media is constantly evolving, and so are you. You’re always learning, proactive in exploring new trends, and excited about testing new ideas to push boundaries.
