About the Role
A UK-based property management company is seeking a highly organised, proactive Remote Team Coordinator to join its Block Management department. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity based in South Africa. You’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth operations, compliance coordination, and administrative efficiency for residential property portfolios managed in the UK. No prior experience in Block Management is required.

Key Responsibilities: Operations & Compliance
- Manage team inboxes, prioritising incoming queries
- Serve as the first point of contact for email and phone queries from clients and contractors
- Track and schedule property compliance tasks (e.g., fire safety checks, risk assessments)
- Coordinate contractor access and maintenance follow-ups
- Maintain compliance logs and summarise key issues for review
Finance & Administration
- Support the processing of invoices
- Oversee accurate record-keeping of contractors, key logs, and maintenance calendars
- Ensure compliance documents are up to date and organised
Team Support
- Prepare materials for virtual meetings, site updates, and AGMs
- Coordinate logistics for UK-based team’s physical site access when required
- Support smooth daily operations through admin and document management
Requirements
- Full-time availability, working from home in South Africa
- Stable internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; training provided on internal systems
- Ability to align with UK time zone where necessary (some overlap required)
