This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that will help scale our social media output and creator activity across multiple social media platforms. You’ll play a key part in sourcing and managing creators, coordinating influencer campaigns, and supporting the creation of short and long form content.

This is a hybrid role that is remote first, but as it is hands-on, we require someone who is able to be present when needed.

What will you be doing?

  • Influencer & Creator Coordination
    • Identify, research, and reach out to relevant influencers and UGC creators.
    • Support the coordination of influencer campaigns, including briefing, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
    • Assist with negotiations and ensure contracts and usage rights are agreed.
    • Build and maintain long-term creator relationships and grow a network of talent for ongoing collaboration.
  • Content and UGC Support
    • Regularly source and coordinate authentic UGC aligned with campaign objectives.
    • Assist with the creation and production of short and long-form content when necessary.
    • Repurpose existing content into platform-native formats as required.
    • Support scheduling and publishing across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
    • Stay up to date with platform trends and suggest reactive content opportunities.
  • Engagement & Brand Support
    • Manage engagement across all social platforms, nurturing our community through timely, on-brand responses to comments and messages.
    • Regularly monitor and respond to reviews on Trustpilot and Google, ensuring timely, professional replies and adherence to best-practice guidelines.
    • Track review performance, flag trends, and escalate recurring themes to the wider team.

What do you need?

  • 2-3 years experience in social media, influencer marketing or a related field (internships included).
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, or supporting on creator campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with creators, internal teams, and patients.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Comfortable creating social content when required, with support from our Brand & Content Executive.
  • Basic confidence with editing/design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Passionate about Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media trends, with a willingness to learn new platforms and formats.
  • Confidence in managing online reviews and ratings, including responding on platforms such as Trustpilot and Google in line with best-practice guidelines.
  • Commercially aware and interested in understanding engagement and performance metrics and how they relate to our wider growth strategy.
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is advantageous but not essential.
  • Familiarity with Reddit or other forum-based communities is desirable but not essential.
