We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to support a specialist UK recruiter. You’ll help source talent, manage candidate communication, and keep the recruitment process running smoothly from outreach to interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Screening: Review CVs, shortlist candidates, and support initial assessments
  • Administration: Maintain ATS/CRM systems, schedule interviews, and prepare candidate profiles
  • Candidate Experience: Manage communications, follow-ups, and onboarding admin
  • Reporting: Track activity and support process improvements

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Experience in recruitment, admin, or customer-facing roles
  • Confident using LinkedIn and online research tools
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

Desirable:

  • LinkedIn Recruiter / ATS experience
  • Previous remote work experience
  • CRM or recruitment software knowledge
