We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to support a specialist UK recruiter. You’ll help source talent, manage candidate communication, and keep the recruitment process running smoothly from outreach to interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screening: Review CVs, shortlist candidates, and support initial assessments
- Administration: Maintain ATS/CRM systems, schedule interviews, and prepare candidate profiles
- Candidate Experience: Manage communications, follow-ups, and onboarding admin
- Reporting: Track activity and support process improvements
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience in recruitment, admin, or customer-facing roles
- Confident using LinkedIn and online research tools
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
Desirable:
- LinkedIn Recruiter / ATS experience
- Previous remote work experience
- CRM or recruitment software knowledge
