Job Detail

Our Marketing Specialists play a vital role in assisting our clientele with a wide array of marketing centric tasks, from managing social media and other digital campaigns, to brand collateral and content development. If it has to do with building or strengthening a brand, generating more leads, or general marketing strategy evaluation, our Marketing Specialists are there. 

Our Marketing Specialists work full time and exclusively for one client. Our clientele are all US based companies or individuals in almost every industry. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated and adaptable professionals to join our growing team. You must have experience in this area to be considered. Specifically, you must have expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing with a strong eye for design and branding. 

General Responsibilities

All Clients have unique needs, and we do our best to deliver the highest level of service to the best of our ability. This list is not all-inclusive and is general in nature but it resembles what many of our Marketing Specialists are doing for our existing clientele.

  • Manage marketing strategies across digital and print platforms
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business, etc.) and ensure brand consistency.
  • Engage and interact with leads and prospects
  • Develop and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and referral marketing initiatives that nurture and convert leads to sales/clients.
  • Basic SEO optimization and managing website backend
  • Design and produce marketing materials
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members 
  • Create and manage content posting calendar
  • Coordinate branding efforts, including merchandise, promotional items, and events
  • Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, written and verbal (C1 level or higher), with excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience. Real Estate is a plus!
  • College Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms, CRM tools, digital marketing software and technology in general
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Experience with paid advertising, SEO, and content strategy is a plus
  • Adaptability

Schedule

This position is FULL TIME, and 40 hours of work per week is expected Monday through Friday.
