Customer Experience & Operations Associate for a premium luggage brand founded by Louis Vuitton and Tumi alumni. Remote, South Africa-based, 8 hrs/day on Miami business hours. What You’ll Do

  • Customer Experience (3–4 hrs/day) → Own all Gorgias tickets: email, chat, and social inquiries end to end → Process returns and exchanges via Loop Returns → Handle warranty claims, damaged shipments, and lost package escalations
  • Order Fulfillment & Logistics (1–2 hrs/day) → Manage order processing and shipping through ShipStation → Monitor fulfillment status, flag delays, coordinate with 3PL partners
  • Operations & Admin Support (2–3 hrs/day) → Calendar management, expense tracking, booking logistics → Wholesale order coordination and inventory tracking → Ad hoc projects — research, data entry, vendor follow-ups

Requirements

  • → Bachelor’s degree required
  • → Based in South Africa
  • → Own laptop + dedicated, quiet workspace with strong internet and good lighting (no cafés)
  • → Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
  • → Available Miami business hours (EST/EDT), Mon–Fri, 8 hrs/day
  • → Shopify, Gorgias, or ShipStation experience is a plus
