Are you a motivated graduate with a passion for sales and retail?

BD-Nav is looking for a Business Development Sales Representative (Graduate) to support our sales team in driving growth, maintaining strong retail relationships, and ensuring excellent in-store execution across key regions.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop sales skills, and gain hands-on experience in the retail industry.

What You Will Do

  • Support the monitoring of store performance and assist in identifying opportunities to improve sales.
  • Assist with stock rotation, product displays, and promotional compliance in stores.
  • Conduct store visits alongside senior team members to assess performance and support store teams.
  • Build relationships with store managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Help compile performance reports and gather competitor insights.
  • Represent the brand at trade evenings, activations, and promotional events.
  • Learn and apply best practices in merchandising, retail operations, and sales strategy.

What We Are Looking For

  • Recent graduate or 0-2 years’ experience in sales, retail, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, retail operations, and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally when required.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • South African citizenship or valid work permit.
  • Proficiency in English (additional local languages a plus).

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
