Remote Appointment Setter Job Vacancy at Softwash Scaling
We’re hiring a Remote Appointment Setter to own the lead follow-up process for our quickly expanding marketing agency servicing home improvement companies!
We own a Home Improvement Growth Agency working with the biggest franchises in the UK and US, we have developed a world class product in our industry and are on track to be a 7-figure Agency in 2026!
We’re now looking for a Remote Appointment Setter to join our fast paced team and work directly with our UK-based sales team and the founders to make sure every single lead is followed up, quoted, and pushed towards a booking, no opportunities missed.
This role IS for:
- A highly organised communicator with experience managing leads through a CRM pipeline: GoHighLevel experience is a bonus but not essential
- Someone with excellent written English who can write WhatsApp messages that sound clear, professional, warm and human to UK homeowners
- A detail-obsessed person: you notice when a lead is in the wrong stage, when photos are missing, when a follow-up has been skipped, and you fix it before anyone has to ask
- Someone who is commercially aware and understands that every conversation is an opportunity to move a lead closer to a quote, a booking, and a close
- A proactive self-starter who follows SOPs but also flags issues, spots bottlenecks, and suggests improvements
- Someone who thrives on repetition and process: you’re happy checking pipeline stages, sending follow-ups, and keeping CRM records spotless every single day
- You must be available during UK hours (9am–8pm) as all leads and clients are UK-based
This role is NOT for:
- Someone who lets leads slip through the cracks or needs to be chased for updates
- Someone who writes sloppy, robotic, or unprofessional messages
- Someone who waits to be told every small step instead of taking ownership
- Someone who gets overwhelmed managing lots of conversations at once
- Someone looking for a role they can coast in, clock in and clock out just to get paid
This role will consist of:
- Managing all written B2C lead follow-up via WhatsApp, SMS, and email: making sure every new enquiry gets the correct first message and follow-up sequence
- Collecting photos from homeowners, sending them to clients for pricing, and delivering quotes back to leads promptly
- Keeping GoHighLevel pipelines, stages, tags, notes, tasks, and next actions clean and accurate at all times
- Following up with quoted leads using our sales assets and templates until they book or are closed out
- Flagging hot leads, objections, delays, and booking opportunities to our UK-based caller for phone follow-up
- Providing daily handover updates so the caller knows exactly who to call and why
- Working with the founders to continuously improve the follow-up process and increase conversion rates
OTE (£2,000-£4,000+)
Pay: Monthly base salary with performance bonuses based on CRM accuracy, follow-up compliance, response speed, and jobs bookings. Final pay depends on experience, quality, and availability.
