Job Overview

Urban Complexity is seeking a dynamic and reliable Administrative & HR Officer to manage both office administration and human resource functions. This role is ideal for a well-rounded individual who can efficiently handle daily operations while supporting workforce management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Administration Duties

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Handle correspondence, calls, emails, and document management
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and project-related documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and site visits
  • Assist with procurement and supplier coordination

HR Duties

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
  • Ensure compliance
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Support training and development initiatives

Requirements

  • certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in administration and/or HR
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good understanding of HR processes and labour legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in construction or project-based environment
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
