Job Overview
Urban Complexity is seeking a dynamic and reliable Administrative & HR Officer to manage both office administration and human resource functions. This role is ideal for a well-rounded individual who can efficiently handle daily operations while supporting workforce management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Administration Duties
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle correspondence, calls, emails, and document management
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Prepare reports, invoices, and project-related documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and site visits
- Assist with procurement and supplier coordination
HR Duties
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Ensure compliance
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Support training and development initiatives
Requirements
- certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years experience in administration and/or HR
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good understanding of HR processes and labour legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction or project-based environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
