Locations they hire from field Agent

Field Agents can be hired nation wide. All you have to do is download the app, register yourself and start looking at jobs needed in your area.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Jobs are posted based on the needs of  clients, so no one can always predict where or when new jobs will be available.
• Many jobs are state, ZIP code, or even store-specific. These jobs will show up to Agents within those parameters.
• Jobs may also be based on age and each agent’s personal demographics as requested by a client.

Tools & Materials that are required

• Have a smartphone to download the app
• Have a clear camera quality for taking pictures
• Availability of internet
• Iphone users potentially have more job offers

Pros of working for Field Agent

• If you have cancelled a job reservation or if a job expired from your app, this will not negatively impact your agent score/statistics/account in any way. Please feel free to cancel a job anytime you need to if you feel you are unable to complete that job according to the listed reservation time or instructions.

• If you can’t locate the product in store for Buy & Try projects, you will need to follow the alternative instructions.  It is typically still possible to let the Client know that their product is not present at their provided store and that is still really valuable information to them.  Those Clients will still accept that information.

• They can and will reimburse taxes when the receipt provided includes ONLY the requested item.

Payment schedule

• Field Agent always processes cash outs from their system within 24 hours of when they are enacted by the agent during weekday business hours (Central Standard Time).
  
  However, because of how banks operate, it often takes 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the bank to make these funds available after the process has been started by Field Agent.

• They have a dedicated team that works day and night, seven days a week to get jobs reviewed as quickly as possible so that you can get paid sooner than later.
• Property Audits tend to take a bit longer than other audits to finish the review process in our system. These may take up to 5 days to finish our review process.

• You can check the status of your job submission by clicking “Earnings” on the agent menu at the bottom of your app.
• Checking the status of your job submissions is easy! First, click on “Earnings” in your agent menu at the bottom of your app. From there, you will see three tabs with the different categories for your submission.

• You can see a history of all of your approved (earnings), pending (In-Review), and Denied submissions in those three tabs. By dividing these out into the three categories just to track your review and payments.

Working Hours

• There are no shifts on this app, all you have do do is refresh ‘find jobs’ selection
• You can choose to do the job right away or reserve the job to do it later
• If the time expires before you do it then it will be back on the jobs board to be taken by another agent.

Cons of Working for Field Agent

• The job can disappear on your reserved jobs while you are in the middle of doing it hence losing money buying things you won’t use

• As always – pay close attention to the instructions.
  In general, Ratings & Reviews items will be available in-stores, online, and delivery.  With that said, they will not be reimbursing delivery and/or shipping fees.  However, if the item is only available online, the instructions will state when/if these expenses will be covered.  If the instructions do not state that the shipping/delivery will be reimbursed, you can expect that the item is available in-stores around the country and they will not be able to reimburse for shipping or delivery charges.

• For some jobs, the instructions specifically state that they will only offer partial reimbursement for an item, so it is recommended to only reserve these jobs if you are okay with the partial reimbursement.
• However, occasionally, you may notice that the price of an item online is much higher than the reimbursement offered in the job (sometimes up to even 2 or 3 times as expensive). These situations are rare, and most of the time they happen because the retailer website (such as Walmart) has run out of inventory so they are no longer fulfilling the shipment of the product.
