Customer Success Specialist (4-Hours)

At Coachbit, we help students build the skills and habits they need to thrive in school and life. Our app combines one-on-one coaching with habit-building tools to guide students toward lasting success.

We’re looking for a dependable Customer Success Specialist to join our team for atleast a minimum of 4 hours per day.

This role focuses on handling day-to-day customer support tasks, including responding to emails, managing our CRM systems, and calling customers to ensure they have a great experience with us.

BASIC DETAILS

  • Location: Remote
  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor
  • Hours: Part-time, ideally from 20:00 SAST onwards.
  • Expected Start Date: ASAP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will:

  • Handle customer emails and support requests
  • Coach-match, billing, and service-related queries.
  • Consistent proactive communication with customers.
  • Identifying recurring technical and experience issues.
  • Handling live customer calls (inbound and outbound).
  • Working closely with team leads and leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Stable, high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Professional, patient, and dependable, showing up consistently for customers is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of inquiries while meeting service targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; able to work independently.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
  • Preferred: Strong proficiency with CRM and support platforms (Intercom, Freshsales, Slack, Stripe).

HOURS AND COMPENSATION

  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and agreed hours.
  • Hours: Flexible from 20:00 SAST onwards. Minimum of 4 hours required.
