We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will manage schedules, assist with travel arrangements and claims, handle documentation, and ensure efficient day-to-day administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, and record keeping.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls where necessary.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport.
  • Ensure travel documentation and approvals are completed correctly.
  • Track travel expenses and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with organizing meetings and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport.
  • Make travel bookings for the company, ensuring all arrangements align with company policies and schedules.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders when required.
  • Support project administration and follow-ups.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with procurement of office supplies and resources.
  • Ensure administrative processes run efficiently.

 Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or qualification in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
