Junior Customer Care Consultant Job Vacancy in Cape Town at Auto Armor
We are looking for a well-presented, organized and customer-focused Junior Customer Care Consultant to join our team based at a dealership in Bellville.
The successful candidate will work directly on the dealership floor, assisting clients with Value Added Products and services related to vehicle purchases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting dealership clients with products and services offered by Auto Armor
- Contacting clients via phone, email and WhatsApp after signing an Offer to Purchase
- Promoting and selling Tracker and other Auto Armor products/services
- Maintaining accurate communication and sales records on Excel spreadsheets
- Assisting sales staff with minor administrative duties
- Acting as the communication link between Auto Armor Bellville, dealership staff, sales executives and clients
This position requires someone who:
- Is confident communicating with clients
- Can work well under pressure
- Has good organizational and time management skills
- Is comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets and administrative tasks
- Has strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30
