We are looking for a well-presented, organized and customer-focused Junior Customer Care Consultant to join our team based at a dealership in Bellville.

The successful candidate will work directly on the dealership floor, assisting clients with Value Added Products and services related to vehicle purchases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting dealership clients with products and services offered by Auto Armor
  • Contacting clients via phone, email and WhatsApp after signing an Offer to Purchase
  • Promoting and selling Tracker and other Auto Armor products/services
  • Maintaining accurate communication and sales records on Excel spreadsheets
  • Assisting sales staff with minor administrative duties
  • Acting as the communication link between Auto Armor Bellville, dealership staff, sales executives and clients

This position requires someone who:

  • Is confident communicating with clients
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Has good organizational and time management skills
  • Is comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets and administrative tasks
  • Has strong attention to detail and professional communication skills

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30

This can be a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, therefore the successful candidate must be able to multitask, remain professional and handle pressure well.
