Influencer Campaign Coordinator for The Viral List | remote SA

We are looking for a Campaign Coordinator to assist our Talent Managers with ongoing influencer campaigns, source new influencers and brand contacts for potential partnerships, as well as assist with client reporting and/or invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage influencer campaigns from beginning to end, coordinating effectively with Talent Managers
• Facilitate communication between brands and influencers to ensure successful campaign rollouts
• Source and identify emerging talents in the lifestyle category for potential partnerships
• Maintain our influencer database, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate
• Assist with other administrative tasks, such campaign reporting, invoicing, and/or social media as needed

Requirements:

• Deep passion for TikTok and Instagram; experience working with influencers a big plus but not required
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of the influencer landscape, from micro-influencers to top tier platform leaders
