OUTBOUND SALES AGENT for Rentoza | Hybrid JHB

The Role 

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Agent to join our dynamic team and help deliver a world class digital customer experience within the verifications team for our rapidly growing subscriber base. This role is for an ambitious and highly motivated individual seeking the rare opportunity to help scale a high growth technology company, across multiple verticals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate communication to prospective customers through various channels introducing Rentoza’s services with the aim of growing the customer base. .
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, providing comprehensive information on subscription features, and benefits.
  • Address customer needs, queries, and concerns courteously and promptly, using Zendesk or a similar platform.
  • Guide customers through the subscription process, offering assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and post-sale support.
  • Collaborate closely with the cross functional departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions on Zendesk. 
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the line manager while delivering exceptional customer service through the platform.
  • Manage customer verifications and subscriptions using Shopify, Veriff and Yoddle. 
  • Drive customers to complete their verifications process timeously,this can often be a challenging task
  • Ticket resolution efficiently and effectively. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. A Bachelor’s Degree is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk or a similar customer service platform is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to empathize with customers, address concerns, and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to balance sales initiatives and customer service duties.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
