The Administrative Clerk is responsible for all the non-clinical administration, communication, and logistical function within the Sanatorium. Hilton College invites applications to join the Hilton College Sanatorium vacancy on a part time / half day permanent position. The successful applicant is expected to be able to start the post as soon as possible or by the 15 July 2026. The incumbent will report to the Head Sister.

Requirements

  • Efficient and professional

  • Experience working in a medical environment would be advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administration duties, procurement, invoicing, record-keeping, stock orders
  • Diary management and booking of appointments
  • Transport arrangements for the SAN
  • Document preparation and tracking

Skills & Attributes

  • Confident in IT, importantly Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Communicative, organised and administratively skilled
