Role Description The Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time role based in office. This role provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence and reports. The Executive Administrative Assistant will handle phone and email communication, maintain accurate records and filing systems, and support the preparation of presentations, documents, and meeting materials. Day-to-day responsibilities also include organizing events, tracking action items, supporting internal communication, and ensuring that office operations run efficiently. The role requires discretion, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including calendar management, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance experience, supporting senior leaders with confidential and complex tasks.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Administration, Business, or a related field are beneficial, along with proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, email and calendar tools).
  • Experience in a renewable energy, consulting, or professional services environment is advantageous.
