As we continue to expand, we are seeking dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Managers in the Western Cape and Gauteng to join our team.

In this role, the Customer Success Managers will be responsible for managing the full client lifecycle, building strong relationships as trusted advisors, and driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams and tracking key customer success metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Advocacy

  • Own the entire relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices, as well as customer-support content, with support from the marketing and sales team.
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned customers, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting both.
  • Address assigned customer queries, complaints, and product issues in a timely manner.

Customer Journeys

  • Review the customer journey, determine how it’s supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals.
  • Facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables.

Customer Data & Insights

  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings.
  • Maintain existing customer-success metrics and data as directed.

Driving Revenue

  • Support the company’s revenue objective by progressing customers towards a successful installation within the shortest possible timeline and with a sense of urgency.
  • Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with team members on customer specific issues.

Requirements:

  • Matric and relevant qualification.
  • Relevant experience or related experience in sales administration.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer success platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, diligence, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance numerous tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to propose solutions.
