Key Responsibilities:
- – Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact, swiftly addressing client needs and resolving issues with a proactive approach.
- – Product Expertise: Become the go-to expert on our platform, guiding clients through seamless implementations and offering ongoing support.
- – Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.
- – Problem Solving: Anticipate and identify potential issues, delivering creative and effective solutions to maintain client trust.
- – Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to incorporate valuable client feedback into product enhancements and service improvements.
- – Tech Savvy: Quickly adapt to new software, assisting clients in overcoming technical challenges with ease.
Requirements:
- – Experience: Proven experience in managing B2B customer services, and handling product-related services, with a strong understanding of the product. Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within HR platforms, tech startups, or operations.
- – Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to clients.
- – Customer-Centric: A positive, cheerful personality with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- – Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative to address challenges as they arise.
- – Problem Solver: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, remaining calm and effective under pressure.
- – Tech Proficiency: Quick to learn new technologies; familiarity with HubSpot and task management software is a plus.
- – Familiarity: Experience with knowledge bases, creating articles, and working with AI chatbots.
- – Flexibility: Willingness to adjust working hours as needed to accommodate varying client needs.
