Reporting Lines Upstream reporting: Head of Personal Lines

  • Formal Qualification(s) Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Legal requirements Passed credit and criminal checks, S.A Citizen
  • Training On the job vocational training

Understanding

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry
  • Good attention to detail
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under supervision
  • Experience *No prior work experience required

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This is not a call centre, no shifts, no weekends, in office professional work environment

  • Provide administrative support to internal brokers and support teams
  • Assist with filing, document processing, and client follow-ups
  • Learn about short-term insurance processes, client service, and compliance requirements
  • Attend scheduled training sessions, one on one meetings, team collaborations and complete assessments as required
  • Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • No prior work experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Good work ethic and team orientation
