- Formal Qualification(s) Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Legal requirements Passed credit and criminal checks, S.A Citizen
- Training On the job vocational training
Understanding
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry
- Good attention to detail
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under supervision
- Experience *No prior work experience required
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This is not a call centre, no shifts, no weekends, in office professional work environment
- Provide administrative support to internal brokers and support teams
- Assist with filing, document processing, and client follow-ups
- Learn about short-term insurance processes, client service, and compliance requirements
- Attend scheduled training sessions, one on one meetings, team collaborations and complete assessments as required
- Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Must be a South African citizen
- No prior work experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good work ethic and team orientation
