The Westvaal Motor Group is a fast-growing and dynamic motor dealership group with 38 Dealerships in 6 Provinces, and we are currently expanding our business footprint all across South Africa already hosting 16 different brands. We currently have this new vacancy in our admin department at our Menlyn Dealership – Gauteng Province. We are searching for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Petty cash
  • Invoicing of clients
  • Processing of orders
  • Supplier Payments
  • Posting of Supplier Invoices
  • Filing
Requirements
  • Matric Certificate with Maths and Accounting as subjects
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience (Debtors & Creditors)
  • Advanced Computer Literacy
  • MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Candidate must be willing to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to work productively in a high pressure environment

Manages time effectively and sets clearly defined objectives
