• We’re looking for a Weekend Transport Resourcer to join our growing team at Workforce Staffing and help keep the UK’s transport and logistics sector moving.

In this role, you’ll:

✅ Source and engage HGV and transport candidates
✅ Register drivers and manage compliance documentation
✅ Match drivers to live bookings and shifts
✅ Build strong relationships with drivers and clients
✅ Support a fast-paced, high-performing transport recruitment team

We’re looking for someone with:

🔹 Recruitment, resourcing, or customer service experience
🔹 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
🔹 A proactive, target-driven mindset
🔹 Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
🔹 Availability to work Thursday–Monday
