Tender Intern for FullServe Services | Onsite Jhb
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
As a Tender Administrator Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the tender process within the organization. You will assist the Tender Administrator in coordinating and managing the administrative tasks related to the tender process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents according to guidelines.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for tender submission.
- Maintain and update tender documentation and databases.
- Support the Tender Administrator in organising and scheduling tender-related meetings.
- Conduct research on potential tender opportunities and competitors.
- Assist in analysing tender requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with tender submission deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to the Tender Administrator as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain or related.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
