Job Purpose

Technical Support Coordinator to diagnose, prioritise and escalate technical issues from customers, as well as monitor all cases escalated to our Operational Support Team.

Requirements

  • 1 year (min) experience in an IT support environment
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience with online customer support
  • Information Technology qualification, additional certificate in Microsoft or similar, advantageous
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Excellent communication skills via email and phone
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Diagnosing, prioritising & escalating issues to the technical support team, as well as monitoring escalated issues
  • Candidates must be prepared to travel from time to time for support
  • Own reliable transport is essential
