Job Purpose
Technical Support Coordinator to diagnose, prioritise and escalate technical issues from customers, as well as monitor all cases escalated to our Operational Support Team.
Requirements
- 1 year (min) experience in an IT support environment
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience with online customer support
- Information Technology qualification, additional certificate in Microsoft or similar, advantageous
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Excellent communication skills via email and phone
- Strong ability to multitask
- Diagnosing, prioritising & escalating issues to the technical support team, as well as monitoring escalated issues
- Candidates must be prepared to travel from time to time for support
- Own reliable transport is essential
