Talent Scout for TheSoul Publishing | Remote SA (part time)

We are seeking a part-time, remote Talent Scout who is passionate about discovering and connecting with top talent through social media and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of social media trends and a knack for identifying standout individuals suitable for our formats. This role is perfect for someone who has a natural ability to identify standout individuals who align with our format and project needs, as well as evaluate their potential, and ensure they meet both our technical and creative expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• :Social Media Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various platforms like Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, Backstage etc
• .Talent Pipeline Building: Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent
• .Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit
• .Administrative Support: Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets, Asana tasks, email threads, and other organizational tools to ensure seamless communication and accurate records
• .Collaboration: Work closely with the Project manager of remote production to align sourcing efforts with format needs
• .Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our company culture to attract top talent
• .Profile Matching: Analyze candidate profiles and identify individuals that best fit our specific talent needs based on project and format requirements
• .Negotiation & Communication: Communicate rates to creators, negotiate fair terms, and secure the best talent within budget
• .Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager of remote production to align sourcing efforts with format and project requirements

Requirement

Experience: 1+ year in talent acquisition, recruiting, or social media sourcing, ideally with experience in remote and project-based environment
