Sales Specialist Role for Konsyg | Remote SA

Job Overview: We are looking for dynamic young sales professionals who are serious about technology sales careers, have the technology know-how, and have a consultative approach towards a prospective client. The sales representative would be responsible for the outbound sales of cutting-edge technology products, promoting and selling them globally. An ideal candidate needs to have a strong command over the English language, be comfortable speaking to C-suite executives globally, have more than three years of experience in outbound sales, and be someone who can think out of the box and contact prospective customers by telephone and email.

Responsibilities

  • 3 – 5 years of outbound full sales experience in outbound sales in the international market
  • Ability to convert cold outreach to full sales, including presenting the production and closing sales
  • Manage the cold outreach through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication, and strong listening skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales objectives through cold outreach
  • Ability to quickly learn about the product and pitch it to the prospect and closing techniques
  • Skilled in dealing with negotiations, objections, and Rebuttals
  • Experience in tech sales is a significant plus
  • Experience in handling CRM tools
  • Exposure to working in an international environment
  • Report weekly sales goals and objectives
  • Researching about prospects

Skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills in English.
  • Patient and able to handle rejection.
  • This job is heavy on outbound calling, so someone with a hunter mindset in cold outreach.
  • Demonstrated ability to find and cultivate new leads through cold prospecting successfully.
  • Ability to think outside of the box in terms of communication methods.
  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite.
