Sales Executive for Nestflo | Remote SA (R15000 p/m) + FREE LAPTOP
Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Nestflo, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the estate agency industry. You will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with estate agencies, understanding their needs and offering our solutions to meet those requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Identify and target new business opportunities within the estate agency industry through your industry network, and other sale tactics, such as cold calling.
- – Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- – Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our estate agency SaaS solutions.
- – Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in estate agencies.
- – Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns tailored to the estate agency market.
- – Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- – Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the real estate industry.
- – Onboard new clients with sufficient training and guidance.
- – Provide regular ongoing trainings to all clients.
- – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- – Ideally UK Sales , Business Development, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- – Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the SaaS industry, specifically targeting real estate agencies.
- – Strong understanding of the estate agency industry and its specific needs and challenges.
- – Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- – Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts and solutions tailored for estate agencies.
- – Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- – Ideally proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
