Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Assistant at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. The Retail Sales Assistant will work in a team, and will be responsible for customer service, communication, retail sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Communication, and Customer Experience skills
  • Retail Sales and Sales skills
  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of textile and homeware products is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
