Bits of your job:
- Monitor and moderate organic comments to ensure a positive brand presence
- Learn and grow with the team’s guidance and support
- Provide feedback on audience sentiment and engagement trends
- Collaborate with the team to improve user interactions and content ideas
- Assist with tracking and reporting social media activity
- Enforce community guidelines, content policies, and advertising standards to maintain compliance and create a safe online environment
- Take on other tasks as needed to support the team
Requirements
- Higher education (third-year or last year students are welcome to apply)
- Interest in social media and community engagement
- Good written communication in English and Lithuanian
- Ability to stay organized and manage tasks
- Creative and flexible in solving problems
- Motivated to work both alone and with a te
