Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Operations/ Online Clinic Operational Role to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our online clinic.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication between patients, nurses, doctors, pharmacies, and labs while maintaining the highest standards of care and organization. This is a unique opportunity to work in a purpose-driven company, helping patients navigate their treatment journeys with clarity and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing compassionate and efficient support.
  • Collaborate with nurses and doctors to coordinate patient care and schedules.
  • Liaise with pharmacies and labs to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Maintain and update patient records, treatment plans, and clinic communications.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in healthcare administration, patient care coordination, or related fields is a plus.
  • Comfortable working evening hours , as most of the activity is US time (8 AM–4 PM EST).
  • Fully equipped to work remotely, including access to a reliable laptop, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a quiet work environment.
  • Bonus: Candidates with prior experience working remotely in the healthcare space.
