We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer service skills, experience in setting up appointments, cold calling etc. to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Set up appointments with prospective clients.
  • Make cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Send emails to prospective clients.
  • Maintain relationships with current clients.
  • Work with the marketing manager for proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Follow-up on leads.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in setting up appointments, cold calling, and sending emails to prospective clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
