We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer service skills, experience in setting up appointments, cold calling etc. to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Set up appointments with prospective clients.
- Make cold calls to prospective clients.
- Send emails to prospective clients.
- Maintain relationships with current clients.
- Work with the marketing manager for proposals for new business opportunities.
- Follow-up on leads.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in setting up appointments, cold calling, and sending emails to prospective clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
