Recruitment Resourcer for IWG – Remote SA

Job Purpose

The Group Corporate Recruitment team is responsible for supporting the hiring of all senior roles across our 120 countries. Responsible for hiring great talent for all mid to senior level roles at IWG, across all countries and functions.

We operate a direct sourcing model and this is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent sourcing and communication skills to headhunt and contribute to the success of our direct sourcing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via a multi-channel approach that ensures we hire the best candidate for each role, in a timely and cost-efficient manner whilst enhancing our employer brand. 
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and job specifications.
  • Pro-actively source and recruit candidates by using job board databases and social media streams to achieve company time to hire targets
  • Screen candidates’ CVs and job applications within agreed departmental SLA’s to promote a positive candidate experience.
  • Schedule 1st stage interviews on behalf of the Recruitment Manager / Director ensuring a strong candidate experience.
  • Pre-screen prospective candidates, providing insight to Recruitment Managers / Directors on capability, fit, potential and motivation.
  • Regular contact with candidate pipeline ensuring a continued level of engagement whilst in the pipeline.
  • Ensure campaign briefing documents are produced to a high standard, are consistent with and enhance our employer brand. 
  • Working as part of the team, share knowledge with colleagues and help improve team capability. 
  • Regularly network externally to bring new ideas and initiatives back to IWG that will improve the recruitment process.  
  • Ensure the recruitment system is updated and maintained in a timely manner to ensure recruitment metrics are accurate and robust.  

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience gained either in-house or in a search environment, using direct sourcing methodologies from research to talent mapping
  • High level of computer literacy required, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Strong attention to detail.  
  • A positive, willing and can-do attitude, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
