RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR for Ignition Group | onsite CT

  • Update and collate reports with an analytical approach, to report to management.
  • Follow up with new Trainees regarding missing documentation and resolve issues regarding capturing.
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team.
  • Manage recruitment tracker/drop off report.
  • Audit and manual creation of new starters on the Recruitment Management System.
  • Ensure that interview forms are completed, to allow for clean data collation for the PowerBI dashboard.
  • Collate documents received from learners (i.e. ID copies/ training POE, certificates).
  • Perform research with applied methodologies.
  • Provide recruitment support services with regards to new starter queries.
  • Assist in case management and operational investigations as instructed by Manager.
  • Adhoc functions as instructed by management.

Requirements

  • We’d love to hear from you if:
  • You have a Matric.
  • You have administrative or data capturing experience (recruitment admin experience advantageous).
  • You have working experience in a contact centre environment.
  • You have MS. Excel experience.
