Receptionist and HR Support for Proudly SA | Onsite Jhb
Responsibilities
- Reception and switchboard duties.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and organised.
- Arrange and manage travel and accommodation bookings.
- Manage boardroom bookings.
- Welcome and direct visitors.
- Assist with courier services and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Obtain quotations and compile purchase requisitions for the HR department.
- Record and take minutes for all HR department meetings.
- Coordinate staff functions and events.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- Administration/secretarial certificate or diploma.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in reception, administration, and travel arrangements.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Qualification and experience in human resources would be advantageous.
- Willingness to work after hours occasionally.
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle will be advantageous.
