We are looking for an Operations Intern to join our amazing team.
OPERATIONS INTERN
Role Overview:
The operations intern will play a key role in supporting the operational activities of our organization. The internship position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations. The intern will work closely with the operations team and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as directed by the Operations Coordinator.
- Assist the Operations team with receiving, cleaning, and packaging of patient monitoring equipment.
- Assist the Operations team with the coordination of deliveries and collections of inventory and other ad hoc tasks.
- Assist the Operations team with completing data-capturing activities.
- Track all movements of inventory as directed by the Operations Coordinator.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s inventory tracking processes.
- Assist in the compilation and reporting of weekly statistics operational statistics.
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate. A tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English. An additional South African language would be advantageous.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- 1 years’ experience in an administration role or a similar work environment.
- Willingness to work on some weekends as required.
- Willingness to perform other tasks when required.
