We are looking for an Operations Intern to join our amazing team.

OPERATIONS INTERN

Role Overview:

The operations intern will play a key role in supporting the operational activities of our organization. The internship position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations. The intern will work closely with the operations team and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as directed by the Operations Coordinator.
• Assist the Operations team with receiving, cleaning, and packaging of patient monitoring equipment.
• Assist the Operations team with the coordination of deliveries and collections of inventory and other ad hoc tasks.
• Assist the Operations team with completing data-capturing activities.
• Track all movements of inventory as directed by the Operations Coordinator.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s inventory tracking processes.
• Assist in the compilation and reporting of weekly statistics operational statistics.

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate. A tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in English. An additional South African language would be advantageous.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• 1 years’ experience in an administration role or a similar work environment.
• Willingness to work on some weekends as required.
• Willingness to perform other tasks when required.
