Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
  • Qualify leads to assess their needs and determine fit with our product offerings.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads to ensure continuous business opportunities.

Customer Engagement:

  • • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to drive business growth.
  • • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our client’s product offerings.
  • • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to address customer queries.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • • Address any customer concerns promptly and efficiently to maintain strong relationships.

Sales Process Management:

  • • Utilise CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • • Experience in selling software and/or telco products.
  • • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.
  • • Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills.
  • • Customer Service expertise.
  • • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
  • • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • • Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
  • • Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
