Global Recruiter for IWG | Hybrid CT
Hybrid-working position (2-3 days per week in the office)
This role is part of our Global Field Recruitment team, responsible for hiring talent across all countries in IWG. Our job is to find and attract the talent that manage our 3500 centres around the world, helping the business meet and exceed its targets for growth.
Key areas of focus include:
- Managing and delivering high-volume recruitment activity – including both sourcing and assessing – ensuring a high-quality service to both candidates and internal clients.
- Acting as a subject matter expert and point of escalation where needed, advising on best-practice resourcing and providing solutions to business and overcoming market challenge

About you
We are looking for a driven recruitment professional with a demonstrable track record of high-volume or large-scale hiring within a fast-paced environment. Experience of managing full life cycle recruitment campaigns across multiple functions and countries would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential. Likewise a detailed understanding of selection tools and direct sourcing methodologies is welcome, as is previous experience gained either in-house or in an RPO / agency environment.
