Description

  • Allocate payment to bookings that doesn’t reflect on reservation system;
  • Correct bookings on the reservation system where the charges and payments do not agree;
  • Assess and process refund requests based on the refund policy;
  • Assist customers/passengers both verbally and in writing regarding payments and refund queries.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
  • Finance related Diploma/Degree (Advantageous);
  • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience (Essential);
  • No criminal or credit record; – Willingness to work longer than normal office hours;
  • Excellent understanding or experience in delivering great customer service to a customer;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Conflict resolution skills;
  • The ability to work well under pressure;
  • Practice good time management skills;
  • Good mathematical skills;
  • Solid computer literacy;
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
