FlySaFair is Hiring a Temporary Refunds Clerk in Johannesburg
Description
- Allocate payment to bookings that doesn’t reflect on reservation system;
- Correct bookings on the reservation system where the charges and payments do not agree;
- Assess and process refund requests based on the refund policy;
- Assist customers/passengers both verbally and in writing regarding payments and refund queries.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
- Finance related Diploma/Degree (Advantageous);
- Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience (Essential);
- No criminal or credit record; – Willingness to work longer than normal office hours;
- Excellent understanding or experience in delivering great customer service to a customer;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Conflict resolution skills;
- The ability to work well under pressure;
- Practice good time management skills;
- Good mathematical skills;
- Solid computer literacy;
- Excellent phone etiquette.
