What a day in the life looks like:

  • Accepting inbound calls
  • Making outgoing calls to clients and tutors
  • Resolving tasks (emails) on our online ticketing system
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks related to the management of client accounts
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow queries through to resolution.

What you need:

  • A laptop and a reliable internet connection ( Celeron laptops are not suitable, and you will need 8GB RAM minimum )
  • A good home office space without interruptions
  • Experience in customer service or support ( minimum of 3 years )
