The role:

Based in our Johannesburg, we are looking for a committed Customer Service Representative who shares our passion for building customer relationships. As a Customer Service representative, you will:

  • Offer a high level of service to our existing customers and prospective customers.
  • Liaise with production and customers on delivery and lead-time allocation
  • Accurately process orders.
  • Provide an internal link between external customers and the various internal departments within the business
  • Field and manage customer complaints in a timely and effective manner and have a great understanding of the escalation process.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is desired but not a must
  • A resilient and helpful personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to commit to a rotating roster between the hours of 6am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday
  • Strong problem solving skills
