The role:
Based in our Johannesburg, we are looking for a committed Customer Service Representative who shares our passion for building customer relationships. As a Customer Service representative, you will:
- Offer a high level of service to our existing customers and prospective customers.
- Liaise with production and customers on delivery and lead-time allocation
- Accurately process orders.
- Provide an internal link between external customers and the various internal departments within the business
- Field and manage customer complaints in a timely and effective manner and have a great understanding of the escalation process.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is desired but not a must
- A resilient and helpful personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to commit to a rotating roster between the hours of 6am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday
- Strong problem solving skills
