Customer Service Intern for Solenis | Onsite Jhb

  • Supports order follow up activities in support of sales channel / field personnel via estimated 70/30 split of phone and off-phone support
  • Interprets product availability, pricing and order status to manage customer expectations in particular around delays, backorders and product substitution
  • Monitor and manage On Time and in Full on SAP
  • Replenishment and reconciliation of monthly stock movement
  • Investigate and assist in credit requests, validate special term purchases, coordinate returns for non-technical reasons
  • Ensure smooth running of branch with regard to Admin. Serve as a back up to the switch board as and when required Operate within scope of department’s Quality Objectives and PPC  requirements
