About the Job
Our Customer Order Specialists are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales transactions within brsk. This team review and verify sales orders and customer information to ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and industry regulations. The role will also include liaising with customers, internal departments, and contractors to facilitate the efficient fulfilment of customer orders. This team are responsible for overseeing the order lifecycle, from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with sales representatives and customers during the ordering process.
- Review sales orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Carry verification calls with customers to ensure that they fully understand the terms of the contract they are entering into and to gather feedback on their experience.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on sales documentation to ensure compliance with company processes, policies and legal requirements.
- Communicate with sales representatives and customers to resolve discrepancies or issues related to sales transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance and retentions, to address verification concerns and streamline processes.
- Maintain accurate records of verified sales transactions and documentation.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on verification procedures and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive customer information.
- Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in sales verification, order processing, customer experience, customer support, retentions or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
