Job Purpose
To support the daily coffee bar operations by delivering friendly customer service, preparing basic drinks, and keeping the coffee bar area clean and organized.
Key Performance Areas
- Assist in the coffee bar by making refreshments and serving clients.
- Ensure that the coffee bar area is always neat and clean.
- Ensure that the coffee bar’s cutlery and crockery is washed correctly and timeously.
- Assist with the reordering of coffee bar consumables.
- Assist with the restock of coffee bar consumables.
- Ensure that showroom meeting rooms are cleaner and in neat and tidy condition at all times.
- Adhere to health and safety requirements and ensure compliance at all times.
- Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
- Maintain and improve housekeeping and hygiene standards within department.
Job Requirements
Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar position will be advantageous.
- Above average verbal English communications skills to communicate professionally with customers.
