Cashless Payment Administrator for Kazang | Onsite CT

A vacancy exists for a Cashless Payment Administrator within Kazang – Micro Merchant DivisionMerchant Product, in Century City, Cape Town.  

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Cashless structure. 

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

 Dealing with payment queries and back-office support.

  • Supplier and sales support (system support including payment issues and Group/setup issues and customer reporting.
  • TTB onboarding (which includes:
  • Assisting with vetting and contracting and repayments.
  • Coordinating with finance and follow-up sales.
  • Other administrative tasks to ensure success of the cashless payment portfolio.

 In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met: 

  • Matric/Grade 12.
  • Proven experience managing in a similar payments or administration role.

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • MS Teams or any another other real-time methods of communication apps.

 Behavioural Competencies:
