Magna Carta, a leading PR and reputation management agency in South Africa, seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our Cape Town team. This is a full time in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the smooth operation of our Cape Town office, ensuring efficient administration and organisation.
- Provide exceptional front-of-house management, representing Magna Carta’s values and professionalism.
- Proactively service the office, handling tasks such as switchboard management, visitor flow control, and financial control.
- Manage boardroom bookings, catering, and meeting requirements.
- Liaise with cleaning staff, service providers, and suppliers.
- Maintain the reception handbook, stationery cupboard, and office refreshments.
- Perform PA duties, assist with event coordination, and provide administrative support.
- Regularly provide feedback on improving systems and processes.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or management.
- Proficient in MS Teams and computer applications.

- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous PR experience advantageous but not essential.
