Call Centre Agent for City of CT | Onsite CT (R19 000 p/m)

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum of 2 years’ call centre or Customer Care Experience
  • Computer proficiency(MS office, Skype and SAP)
  • Literacy in SAP applications (C3, CICO, GIS, etc.)
  • Fully bilingual in at least 2 official languages of the Western Cape
  • Must be willing to work shifts

Key Performance Areas

  • Attend to all customer interactions in a consistent and accurate manner
  • Solve customer queries efficiently and appropriately
  • Resolve a minimum of 80% of customer complaints and queries.
  • Act as a buddy to new staff and transfer of knowledge
  • Efficient logging of calls via SAP
  • Build relationships with department within the City
  • Please Note: The successful candidate will be required to work outside normal working hours during emergencies and planned overtime, shift and will be on standby when required.
