Appointment Setter / Cold Caller for Lead Explode | Remote Worldwide – R5700 + comm

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to local service businesses, including roofers, plumbers, and security companies, using the Go High Level power dialer. Your main objective will be to book demos, aiming to secure at least 2 demos per day with a stretch goal of 4+ demos.

Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 200 cold calls each day to prospects from a provided list.
  • Use provided scripts and training to effectively communicate our value proposition and set up demos.
  • Participate in tonality practice sessions 3-5 times a week to enhance call effectiveness.
  • Maintain high call quality and professionalism at all times.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the scheduling to ensure a high show-up rate for demos.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with no accent and must sound like a native speaker.
  • Available to work during daytime hours in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting is preferred.

Must be able to provide an audio or video file running through a script (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Edcn3L7lXlr4aKgH23s76_Ph3i11VOHZ3gkdibjqm9c/edit?usp=sharing) as part of the application process.

  • Compensation in USD:
  • 1-week training period with a stipend of $150.
  • Monthly Base Pay $300
  • Post-training, compensation will be monthly and commission-based: $5 for 3rd booked demo each day. $10 bonus for the 4th demo booked each day. $10 bonus for each additional demo booked each day.
  • Additional $100 bonus for booking 20 or more demos per week that successfully show up.

Open to Increase in pay and bonuses upon performance.
