As the Website Admin Supervisor your primary role is to be responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of all website orders. This includes, but is not limited to, invoice management, being on top of delivery timelines and handling all customer service queries, related to the delivery process. This is on a 6-day work week.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Invoice Management,
- Accurate and timeously sort out and allocate invoices.
- Accurately and timeously verify invoice data,
- High level of customer service
- Dealing with customer delivery queries,
- Professionally resolve customer queries and escalate to manager if needed.
- Facilitate the smooth running of the deliveries process.
- Facilitate control between the dispatch clerks and documentation.
- Continually updating of delivery information on the system
- Accurate and updated reporting of website orders
- Accurate stats on invoices
- Daily updating of data and creating reporting
We are looking for someone with:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Relevant diploma/degree in administration is preferred.
- Retail / warehouse admin experience (Minimum 2 years)
- Computer Literate – Word, Excel, Outlook & Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Handles pressure well.
