As our Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, running client satisfaction and sales calls, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with our team of marketing and automation experts to ensure that we’re delivering the highest quality service possible. You’ll also be building relationships with our clients and helping them understand the power of our marketing solutions.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of success in an Account Manager position. You should have experience in managing teams, performing sales and satisfaction calls, and driving growth for businesses. A creative mind, servant heart, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed are all essential for this role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client
  • Conduct client satisfaction calls both phone and video
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. media buyers, social media managers, automations team) to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the client’s satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and provide clients with strategic recommendations
  • Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and maintaining open lines of communication
  • Monitor Facebook and Google ad campaign performance and provide recommendations to marketing team to improve CPL.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and present findings to clients

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving growth and success for our clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (e.g. social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM)
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets and project management software
